Coach Response: Don’t try to solve it in the abstract.Questions to ask yourself:
What is one thing that isn’t happening?
What needs to happen in order for this to be a reality?
What are the possible ways it could happen?
Ideas and visions have their own story. Sometimes we think we are getting the message to slow down when it can be a message to find another way or different timing. Don’t feed into the overwhelm of your team or it will become part of the culture. As the CEO, surround yourself with people who will champion your ideas. Hold space and believe those people exist. Don’t indulge in the inadequacy of people. It doesn’t have to be personal, it’s a business issue. There are amazing people you can tap into that want to support your vision. Otherwise, people wouldn’t go on to create companies generating millions of dollars. Keep moving forward. Keep investigating how it can happen. Find the right talent to support your vision.
