A pre-call download w/Kris to best prepare for the day together.
Two follow-up coaching calls to ensure you’re on track, taking your planned action and feeling amazing about how you’re doing with your new plan.
A complete Lead Your Team Roadmap audit to identify where you can realize the most meaningful (and fast) improvement.
A entire Team Audit. We’ll evaluate each team member with Kris’ signature process to help you know best how to proceed with the team you currently have and if there are any necessary changes to be made.
Founder Check-in. How are you as the founder? Are you leading the business you dreamed of? What’s missing? What do YOU need more or less of? How is it going with your time and your energy? In order to lead the team, you must be willing to lead yourself.
